Commercial access is not open. These policies are available for private development review; launch approval is pending.
Invited adult creators
3dance offers private Image and Video generation to invited individual creators. You must meet the minimum age shown for your approved country of residence. We do not offer service to mainland China. Tell support if your residence or eligibility changes and update your declaration before placing new orders.
Your content and permissions
You retain rights you hold in your inputs. You authorize processing, transmission to the configured generation provider and private storage only as needed to deliver the service. You must have permission for uploaded content and your intended use. Generated outputs may not be unique; commercial rights depend on the applicable model terms and the rights in your inputs.
Do not use the service for unlawful content or to violate another person's rights. Provider safety checks can reject generation. We can restrict a workspace, remove stored content or disable a model or route in response to abuse or a valid complaint.
Orders and payments
Prices are in USD. A quote fixes the price for its stated validity period. Accepting a quote starts an asynchronous task; closing the browser does not cancel it. Accepted tasks cannot be cancelled. Only completed delivery is settled; confirmed technical failure releases reserved funds. Promotional credits are not cash and cannot be refunded or withdrawn.
Review the refund and retention policies before accepting an order. Nothing in these policies removes rights that applicable law requires us to provide.
Policy changes
When the required policy version changes, new commercial operations require acceptance of the current version. Changes do not rewrite previously accepted task prices or payment facts.
Contact and eligibility
The public support mailbox is awaiting launch approval. Invited users can use the signed-in content complaint form or their invitation contact. Paid access remains closed.
