For generation, billing, privacy or account questions, use the approved contact below. Include a stable Task ID or Payment ID so we can investigate. A response time is not guaranteed during invited Beta.
Signed-in users can report content associated with a generation task. Describe the concern and relevant rights or evidence. Do not upload sensitive material unless support asks through an approved channel.
For privacy access, correction or deletion requests, contact support. You can also request account deletion in Account security.
Contact and eligibility
The public support mailbox is awaiting launch approval. Invited users can use the signed-in content complaint form or their invitation contact. Paid access remains closed.
