Private content and service data
Your uploaded and generated content is private by default. 3dance does not publish, index, use it for training or use it for marketing without separate permission. We process identity and contact details to secure your workspace, task inputs to fulfill requests, and payment identifiers to keep financial records.
Configured authentication, email, payment, storage and generation providers receive only the information needed for their services. Provider processing and transfers require the approved launch privacy review. The analytics notice version remains 2026-09-08. The controls below apply to the invited Beta.
Essential storage
Authentication cookies are necessary to secure your account. When you choose your preferences, an HTTP-only first-party cookie remembers that choice for 180 days. The server stores the choice and its notice version. Essential features remain available if you reject optional analytics.
Optional product analytics
With your permission, 3dance counts visits, completed registrations, completed top-ups, quotes, accepted submissions, successful or failed generation tasks and downloads. Consent is required in all regions. No advertising or third-party analytics scripts are used.
Events contain only an event category, a deduplication identifier and a day. We do not collect prompts, uploaded or generated content, URLs, referrers, email addresses, authentication tokens or payment details in analytics. Counts cover the last 31 calendar days. Expired events and preferences are removed by scheduled cleanup.
Change your choice
Use Cookie preferences on any page to accept or reject analytics. Rejection stops future optional collection after the server confirms the change. Existing aggregate events contain no account identity. A temporary server association between your workspace and consent allows tasks and payments to respect your choice when they finish after you leave the page.
When you are signed in, your latest saved choice applies to workspace activity and background task and payment results. Older browser choices cannot override it. Visits use each browser’s own choice.
Operational diagnostics
Separate essential diagnostics protect accounts, payments and task delivery. They use restricted categories and operational identifiers; prompts, uploads, tokens and payment details are excluded.
Contact and eligibility
The public support mailbox is awaiting launch approval. Invited users can use the signed-in content complaint form or their invitation contact. Paid access remains closed.
